Aswad vs Chickanosky
We have found that the protest lodged by
Aswad (Indigo) against Villamil (Victory) and Chickanosky (Childsplay)
should be upheld under Rule 50.2
(Victory) and (Childsplay) are
disqualified from MW12.
50.2 Spinnaker Poles, Whisker Poles
Only one spinnaker pole or whisker pole shall be used at a time except
when gybing. When in use, it shall be attached to the foremost mast.
