NOTICE OF CHANGE
TO SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
RULE CHANGE
Pursuant to Rules 86 and 88, the
following change to the sailing instructions shall take effect
immediately provided this notice is posted on the bulletin board by no
later than 1600 hours, August 24th, 2000, and shall apply to races and
regattas sailed on or after August 24th, 2000.
It shall apply to all races sponsored by
the Malletts Bay Boat Club, unless otherwise specified in written
instructions issued after August 24, 2000.
Modification:
For purposes of
sailing in 'N' class (non-spinnaker), rule numbers 50.2 and 50.3 shall
be waived and not in effect.
